After having a disappointing experience with another AC repair company, I found JW Hanson Heating & Air. Kim was very friendly and helpful in scheduling the appointment. It took a few visits to get my AC back up and running, however, they did not charge me for the additional trips. Overall I was pleased with their service and would recommend them to others.

Called Kim @ JW Hanson because we had no heat in our house. Major issue since my wife is 8.5 months pregnant.  She was able to arrange an appointment for the next morning at 7:30 AM.  She was extremely sympathetic of the situation and re-arranged schedules to accommodate us.

Jason, her service guy, showed up at 7:25AM.  He was professional and skilled. Methodical about trouble shooting the problem and able to identify and resolve the issue in 1.5 hrs.  He even had recommendations about how to maintain and extend the life our furnace.

Couldn't be happier about the results and will only use them in the future. I've used Yelp in the past and read reviews, but never posted before.  The experience was so good it motivated me to submit my first Yelp review. Use them!

Will Hanson finished doing a repair of my 10 yr old furnace in less than an hour.  There was no trying to sell me something I did not need.  He was efficient and helpful in explaining the functions of my furnace and its repair needs.  I felt that he was very skilled and professional with this repair and the other questions that I asked him.  I recommend this company for your heating and air needs.  There are too many HVAC companies out there willing to sell you a new unit when you do not need one.  Call them for your repair or new furnace/ac needs.  You will not be disappointed.

We called when our heater was blowing only cold air.  We called on a Monday afternoon, and had an appointment for the next day!  

The technician, John, was professional, courteous and very knowledgable.  He diagnosed the problem quickly, located a part with the help of Kim in their office.  He returned later with the part and installed it quickly.

My mother-in-law's AC unit went out last night, and with temperatures in the high 90s (and she's in a wheelchair) we were very concerned. We called JW Hanson and Will came out this afternoon. He identified the problem right away and had it fixed in well under an hour. Thanks AGAIN for the help, they are a class act!

My AC unit needed service as it was not cooling off the house at all.  Called in the morning and they were able to come at same day.  They did a great job checking everything out.  AC unit needed some more refrigerant and now it is back up and running.  Cool!  Very Cool.
