Our heater went out and the usual people weren't readily available. I called Hanson after reading the yelp reviews and I will never dial the old number again! The guy showed up precisely at the arranged hour. He was polite, efficient and reasonably priced. The heater worked fine until the chilly evening when it wouldn't go on. The owner showed up the next morning with a temporary remedy and an order for a new part. That remedy also failed on that night. We got home at 9:00 PM the following night and two of their trucks were in the dark driveway. They rush ordered the part and both men showed up to be sure they got it right. It's humming along like it was brand new. Seeing how they problem solved and went out of their way to be sure it was repaired immediately was very impressive. I don't know how they could have been better. Highest recommendations for these people.
